The screen says there is no signal. The fault should be either with signal cable of the signal device, Just tune in the TV to a local station, If you can see a picture there, there is no fault to the TV, Check the connections.

This problem cause by DMD chip has been defective. This chip consist of over 2 mil mirrors tiltling to make picture. Some of the mirror does not function causing white dots. If the screen has cracked or broken to the point where the gas can escape from between the glass then the screen cannot be repaired. You will be better off purchasing a new set
