SOURCE: WD63 Drain during wash but not dry cycle

the chances are you water valve has gone the drying cycle requires water to convert steam back to water, or poss your condenser is blocked this cant be cleaned easily better to change I dont know how competent you are if you have a muti meter you could test the soleniod which should have a resistence of around 3800 ohms. the valve is a triple one and the one that serves the condenser is the one facing downwards, disconnect power, take back off, turn water suppy off, take the 2 leads off the bottom solaniod only ,put your meter on contacts make sure you have selected crrect range on meter ie:10mohms if 0000 solanid faulty.Change valve if reading says 3800 valve ok change condenser

SOURCE: The spin dry of the above mentioned washing machine spin dry not working properly cuts off what parts are required to fix this ?.

If a machine is out of balance when spinning it will shut down---there's an unbalance switch that controls this---also on some machines if not properly set level or feet not touching the floor causing the machine to rock---it will shut down---the remedy for that is to redistribute the clothes then is should resume spinning----another issue could be the timer----out of sequence or jumping ahead during that cycle---has the timer/control ever been wet as this will cause some issues---this is my thoughts on this--good luck

Why does my washing machine shake on drying mode?

Either the clothes aren't evenly distributed in the machine, the legs aren't adjusted properly and the machine isn't level, or if the machine is really badly vibrating there could be a broken wash bowl hanger/support inside of the machine (it would be very noisy and the wash bowl would twist even during a regular wash cycle)

Malber WD1000 wont condense the water that is fed through during the drying cycle

Since it drains properly during the wash cycle, we know the drain pump and its impeller (propeller) work, and the coin trap (you called it a filter) and hoses are not clogged. By the way, turning the rightmost knob to "4" will start the pump-out cycle, so you don't have to open that trap-door at the bottom. To condense, the machine needs COLD water (spritzing on an internal screen) during drying. Make sure your cold water hose is connected to the outside (outboard) connection on the back of the machine. As a long shot: If the gray drain hose is pushed too far down into your home's drain pipe (more than 8") there could be a "back-siphon" where dirty water siphons back into the washer. It's a long shot, but it does happen.
Lastly, the controller board (mounted at top of right side) could be bad, and not sending on-off commands to the pump during drying. During drying, the drain pump should cycle on and off constantly, every few minutes. Do you hear it running? If you remove back (about 12 Torx screws), at your lower left you will see the pump. There are only 2 wires (120 VAC) and they can be connected either way. Stick a meter on the terminals and see if power is cycling on and off. If not, the controller board is bad.
You can order one from Malber (in NYC) by calling Nancy at 516-323-5299. Tell her Mike, in Wash. D.C., says hi.

My washing machine model no ewf 1421,is writing e60,why

Insufficient heating measured by the main board during washing cycle and also during drying cycle at washer-dryer.

Could be faulty: heting element, pressure switch, NTC sensor, printed circuit board (PCB),
wiring between PCB - heating element,
wiring between PCB - NTC sensor,
wiring of pressure switch.

Thor washer/dryer combo not drying properly. What is capacity of machine?

Whilst 'combos' will 'wash' a full load of clothes, they are not so good at 'drying' a full load. Since there must be a 'tumbling space' inside of the drum, into which the clothes can fall during the drying cycle.
In a 'nutshell' one 'wash load' equals 'two drying loads',
That's the price you pay for having a space saving 'combo' machine instead of having a 'washing AND a drying machine.
Add to that the fact that most 'combos' are 'condenser driers', as opposed to 'free flow outlet driers',
.
The consequence is that it takes far longer to 'wash and dry' a load of clothes in a 'combi' as oppose to two separate machines

The machine fills with water during drying cycle and does not fill for the wash cycle

First, did you know that this machine steam dries clothes? The first thing it does on the dry cycle is to wet the clothes which it then heats to dry with condensation. There are better answers regarding this feature on fixya. But assuming that the dry cycle is working as well as it ever does, it appears that your wash cycle is not functioning properly. I would need more info to figure out why it is not filling with water / working at all.

Why wont my machine start drying?

I called Whirlpool on 08706008989. The machine can only dry half a load of washing at a time. At the end of the washing cycle, the Programme dial should be at either the sun or half sun symbol. Remove half the washing, set the drying time via the drying time dial and press the 1/2 Load Dryer button - Voila dry clothes!
