“I have a little used Yamaha RX-V870. I am getting output on only one of the two rear channel speakers.” According to this symptom, chance of your av amp to get defected is very low. Maybe wrong speakers settings. Read instruction manual first.

If settings is correct, check front L/R relay and surround L/R/Back relay also .(bad contact due to oxidation)Exchange the good one(rear) with those suspected to see if sound come out from speakers. Download RXV870 service manual to locate them.

I suggest that you contact the store that you bought the hutch from and ask them to send you the contact information of the Realspace Company. Then ask them to send you assembly instructions either by mail or by email.

We also need to replace the leg caps for our pool, and we have been trying to contact Polygroup since January. I have been lied to constantly about the leg caps replacements. First I was told that the first week of March they would be available, since their original part company isn't making the leg caps anymore. Then the first of March I was told another 2 weeks, and when I tried in 2 weeks I was told by the end of March, and so the lies went until the last conversation I had with them in June. Now when you attempt to contact them, you are automatically put on hold for hours. I believe that they are no longer even trying to fix this problem. Since it was now June and we really wanted our pool set up, we put small blocks under the legs, but this is a temporary solution, as the blocks crack under the weight of the water. I really wish something could be done with this Polygroup company, as they are totally unprofessional. If only they would be truthful, and not be liars regarding the availability of the replacement parts for their products.

Contact the manufacturer and inform them that you did not receive the legs. Their customer service number ought to be located in the manual that came with the unit. They will send any missing part(s).
