Dorel markets their furniture under several different names, but I believe the bunk beds you are referring to are those available from DHP furniture. Please see this link to download the instruction manual for your bunk beds. If that is not the correct model, see here. if none of these models matches your purchase, you can check the other manufacturers listed in this article (under product segments, home furnishings), and navigate their websites to find the appropriate item.
If that doesn't work out for you, I recommend contacting the store where you purchased the beds to see if they can't make a copy of the instructions from their store stock.
