The head lights and the fog lights have seperate fuses in the fuse panel under the dash. If the fuse is blown, you might possibly have a short. Hope this helps.
Sound like one of the door jamb switches is bad. Try taking a pencil or screw driver and pushing in on each door switch. Push the switch beyond the "flush" point to see if the switch is just not fully closing.

Needs a Trans most likely, known to fail around 100k miles. Maintenance very important and correct fluid on these. At the Dealer the price used to be around $2,000.00 , aftermarket shops around half that, FIND a REPUTABLE shop.

There is a ford radio removal tool. It looks like a pair of horse shoes most times. Or you can insert four 8 common D finish nails in the four holes (or 4 six D finish nails) -one in each hole until you feel it click. Be gentile. simultaneously push each side towards their respective front door and gently pull the radio out.
