Kyocera 3010 display jam while there is no jams in the machinr

Hi, first of all,pull out paper tray and check any paper,or scrap jammed.When paper tray is pulled out,open paper transport unit-You have green handle on the right side of machine,in the place of right side of paper tray.Pull out paper transport and remove paper.Just close paper transport unit and paper tray,open and close top cover.

I guess it is stuck in the Fuser at the back, concertinaed at the exit claws,

Remove paper tray complete, pull green handle right side where paper tray came out, another tray will stop 3/4 of way out, there is a tab on each side, that you press in, one on each side of the rail, these are the bits stopping tray from coming out all the way, once you have the "process tray" removed you can see in to the fuser entry side and they may be enough to grab and remove it. If not unplug, top and sides off, unplug 2 cables, remove fuser screws and remove fuser.

Did you try the door in the back of the printer?

Pull the paper cassette out then pull on the green handle to pull out the feed unit.

Usually a printer doesn't lie when it indicates a paper jam, if you have checked as thoroughly as possible and no paper can be found. It is possible that the paper just isn't feeding and a printer will sometimes indicate a paper jam when paper doesn't feed. But if this isn't the case and a jam is indicated as soon as you turn the printer on, one of the plastic jam sensing actuators may be broken or hung up.

this is problem with sensor you have to check all the sensors like
registration sensor
duplex jam sensor
paper exit sensor
face down tray paper full sensor........

easy way to solve this problem is remove Durmunit and toner box and rear unit then clean it useing a blower and refix all the componet and try...........
