My battery went dead on my nxt ride on...i charged it over night..when i turned mower on battery said it was fully charged but when i started mower nothing happened..like battery was dead again

A sulphated battery and batteries with a bad cell behave like a dead battery but when put on charge will "recharge" quickly, giving an entirely false impression the battery is ok.

Guessing is unreliable and there is no substitute for testing and while there are available very expensive battery testers that give reasonably accurate results the old fashioned method of testing is best - charging, allow to stand for a few hours and then check the cell condition with a hydrometer, checking the terminal voltage and finally using a heavy discharge tester.

It is possible of course, the battery is ok and there is a problem with your ride-on but only proper testing or substituting a good battery will reveal...

Check your seat switch and brake switch for loose wires.Most likely brake switch do to no spark at plugs,see if PTO switch/lever isnt on.

clean all your battery connections from battery to starter and selonoid connections and ground cable also where it connects to frame

Husqvarna tractor makes 1 loud click and won't start
I would start with the battery. If the alternator wasn't charging it then the battery went dead. Try pulling out the battery and giving it a full charge over night. If it starts, then you have an alternator problem. If it does not have the battery checked at a parts store.

Check your battery and see if its fully charged. I had a battery that the charger said was fully charged but a cell was dead. Take it to a battery store and they will check it free of charge.
If that's not the problem check all the battery cables on both ends for being tight and clean. If that's not the problem you could have a bad starter.

How do you know the battery is fully charged? Simply hooking a battery up to a charger does not ensure that the battery is being charged. The symptoms you mention are indicative of a dead battery.

Snapper nxt no power
no voltage. blown fuse, poor connection at the battery cables. you need a wiring diagram to test further. If you can't read the wiring diagram. seek professional help

Engine will not start
Try taping on the starter while you are turning they key. The starter may be bad or drawing to much power. If the engine doesn't roll over use a voltmeter to check and see the ansers to these questions. Is power at the starter, is the solenoid good is it providing power to the starter, is the key ignition providing power to the solenoid

Battery is likely dead - or has built a sediment bridge - shorting the anode and cathode.
Jump-start the tractor with your vehicle - or another battery to check.

Or - use a multimeter to ensure your battery is not draining to 0V when you attempt to start.
This also indicates a failed battery. It may have a decent float charge - but when the load starter) is applied - the voltage will drop right out.

charge the battery sometimes they come not fully charged if not push down clutch/parking brake sit on seat becouse of dead man switch and then crank it over
