dude UK, XP drivers do not run on w10 ever.
winzip or 7zip.
the maker does no support w10 on this PC
MS does not support w10 on this PC
it is in fact too old.
but he can upgrade the sound card to one that is suported at w10 and shut down the other sound chip in BIOS first.
or buy USB sound dongle for $4 and be happy?
I ran Win Zip on my XP computer for years upgrading to Win 7 I used WinRAR and that reads anything. All you require is a little bit of research. I now have a propper computer, a Mac.

we ran zip back in DOS days, it's not new.

and we do not ever need to research how to use zip, did you no know windows 10 can read those fresh installed, OOBE?

what matters is OP has relic PC that does not run w10, (not fully)
things that fail are.
sound no drivers on earth for w10 here.
NIC dead, chip dead, same reason.
wifi chip dead, this old. no drivers.
and GPU failing or stuck in the new MS limphome mode for GPU, with poor resolution but not dead.
or running VIA chips in old PC
nor running Nforce old chips
and more, stop full stop.
I tested all PCs back to 2005 for w10
and can tell you how all failed, sure can.
w10, 32bit and 64bit.
64bit will never run here. ever.
and chip makers that still exist do not make 32bit driver, as 32bit is now officially dead.
but the OP can replace sound with a new modern card. that still does 32bit.
some do.

came with XP new. and now 20 later W10 landed here like magic? no.
first off does w10 even run on this PC
not 64bit ever.
and 2nd does w10 support this set of sound chips. NO,. lets go to HP.com and read your support page, and answer is NO !
2006 year made right at the end of the years supported not good.
old 915 intel chip set, never good that.
a weak version of Pentium M CPU 2003.
Realtek ALC 880 chipset
no HP does not support it (so you come here)_
no MS does not support it.
No realtek does not either , for w10 ever.
just buy sound USB dongle new ,no not from 2006 and bingo it works.
there will be other problems but you will see all that later, like no or poor GPU support.
and same cure, new GPU card, GTX7xx up.
time to move at least 10 years into the future and 2016 or newer PC.
get a Dell XPS8900 up
or HP z600 up.

nor does Microsoft, in whole. on w10
buy new sound card, that is rated for W10

1: put it back in the trash. 2006 bad year.
2: run vista. or XP
3: buy a newer PC. 2010 or newer i3-gen4 up.
4; buy all things failing now, like sound card then next the other things dead too.
not seen yet,but will.
your PC has zero support now. it ended.
EOL end of life. best is to move on,
never put a $100 saddle on any $5 horse.

buy a sound card plug it in.(card or USB dongle) spend $4 (that shows w10 is supported )
