The "E4" error code indicates a host of possible problems. More than can be listed here. So, I have included a link to your model's Service Manual that you can download & print if you so desire. Pay particular attention to pages 32, 33 & part of 34

Sometimes things like that are caused by the mode switch which will either need to be cleaned or replaced. It's worth looking inside for damage inside the unit. Pay close attention to plastic parts.
