Here are the details - its is a ASKO DBI664 Dishwasher. If I unplug, then plug back in - everything works as normal. However, after it runs it's cycle and turns off, the only way to use it again is to... unplug than replug it back in.
If its working by only switching on by wall then definitely a user interface problem (control board) OR the on/off switch itself
Is this with an Asko Dishwasher? You give no clue apart from the category. All posts here really need full
make model (what it is )
My guess is a bad connection or a faulty mainboard.

Thanks Andrew - is that something I can replace myself?
I went to the Asko website and it looks like there isn't a repair company near me ERGH
That I realize however they are sold through out the US and have authorized serves centers - just not near me - sad
The most likely thing in that scenario would be a faulty relay.

Yes if you can find it online and find it in the machine.
Yes, it isn't very 'local' :>)

I thought you were in the UK, as they are available there. In the USA, it is best to stick to GE or Whirlpool. My Whirlpool front load washer and dryer in Canada have been 100% reliable.
