Question about Heating & Cooling

My Duraflame model DFS-550-6 electric fireplace just stopped working. All aspects quit at once(lights,heat,fan). Does it have a fuse or something that can be replaced? I have completely cleaned it out. Any suggestions? 3 minutes ago

I had the same problem,it was something to do with the oven knob switch ,i got an engineer out to fix mine or else just buy a new knob hope this helps

I have a cheap electric fireplace bought in SuperCentre store-heater no longer works. It says its a one piece system. Can these heaters be replaced or repaired(probably made in China) or am i better off scrapping it and buying a new one?

Hunt for a tripped GFCI and push reset. The ground fault protected receptacle may be in a nearby bedroom, hall, or basement.
