Oven takes forever to reach desired temperatures. Cooking with it takes twice as long. This is an electric range.

Chances are the oven ignitor will need to be replaced. Look and see if it glows. If it does then it is weak and not opening the gas valve to lite. Let me know what you find. Should be able to remove the bottom drawer and unplug the ignitor from below. Or you can cut the wires on the old ignitor and splice the new one in using ceramic

SOURCE: MY GAS OVEN TOOK 2 HOURS TO REACH THE DESIRED TEMPERATURE OF 350.
the ignitor is prolly bad (not pulling enough amps)
SOURCE: 5 yr old Jenn Air Electric oven won't maintain oven temperature
Technician just left our house with same issue. Jenn-Air had issued a technical bulletin as the temperature probe is mounted directly to the heating element, and measures the heat of the element, not the oven. Their fix is a revised temperature probe that goes at a 90 degree angle away from the heating element.
If your temperature is consistent, just off by a set amount of degrees, there is an adjustment you can make at the control panel.
SOURCE: oven will not preheat
You have burned out element(s). Lowering the wattage, therefore increasing the time it takes to reach set temp,
