you should have a factory reset option in the main menu _ using the remote to access menu and proceed to "setup" or "system" once in there just do a simple factory reset then so a simple system set up

Try to download the repair manual to this TV by internet. It has all details.

1) test the power supply: line cord, fuse, c.breaker, rectifier, switch, filter.
2) horizontal output +125vdc( HV transformer or flyback, +HV rectifier)
3) all other circuite +12vdc
4) vertical output +80vdc
