Need rubber tips for bottom of 84323 slow cooker

Hello, Joseph -

I checked the West Bend company website for replacement rubber feet for your model of slow cooker:
https://www.westbend.com/support/replacement-parts/slow-cookers-crockery-cookers/crockery-cookers.html

Your model number is not listed. Thinking that the same kind of rubber feet are used on all West Bend crockery model slow cookers (yours is a crockery slow cooker, according to the online user manual I found for it), I checked for replacement feet for the other models listed on the web page cited above. None of the slow cookers listed on the web page seem to have replacement parts available through West Bend anymore. Sigh . . .

I did find a website for Rubber Feet Warehouse, headquartered in North Carolina. This is the link to the home page:
https://www.rubberfeetwarehouse.com/

I suggest you contact that company and ask about the availability of the style of rubber foot to replace on your slow cooker. If you scroll down the home page, near the bottom you will find a toll free number you can call (weekdays, office hours for Eastern Time zone) and a link to send an email. It will help if you can provide a photo of one of the rubber feet. Note: If only one rubber foot is missing, you may choose to replace all 4 rubber feet on your unit.

Best wishes.

I need to buy replacement rubber feet for rival slow cooker. I cannot find a web site that sells them.

I found what appears to be an exact replacement rubber foot for the Rival oval crock pot at ACE Hardware. They're called a "Rubber Bumper" and the part number is #405756. Amusingly this was in the "Automotive" drawer in their small parts area, labeled "General Use: Ford". Ha! Anyway, I had two missing rubber feet and after installation I can't tell these replacements are any different than the originals. Or look here: http://wedo.hillmangroup.com/item/products-19/ts-maintenance-accessories-products-rubber-bumpers/405756-a

Lost rubber foot on crock pot

You can find something here that will work. You may have to replace all at the same time so they are a match and it sits level. http://www.levelingmounts.com/bumpers/?gclid=CKXlu_Lrw5wCFcZM5Qod5zN5oA

Missing rubber feet

I called 1-800-5574825 The Rival Company Customer Service Dept. I found my instruction booklet and it had this number. They do not have a replacement part for this item. The customer service person was very polite and said since it was under warranty (under 1 year) she is sending me a brand new slow cooker. Very wasteful since I just need the rubber foot, but at least they are sticking behind their product. I hope this helps someone else.
