I believe you have a led issue Samsung is known for it .try to use a blunt object no kidding here and give it a decent tap to the top of the panel not the screen the out plastic around the screen right above where the shadow is again don't hit the screen it self the plastic outer edge while tv is on . 85 present of the time the shadow will go away for a day or so proving to be a led issue.
Just to explain how your LEDs work there are two strips one on top on one on bottom they shine the light up and down . The strip has many LEDs across it and all it takes is one to go out to cause a huge shadow to travel up or down your screen tapping it on the top or bottom will most of the time cause it to come back on for a little or flicker.
I've seen that and have tried tapping it a couple times to no avail. I'll try again. I get that's it's an LED issue as I've tinkered with settings and switching sources without those fixing the issue. I'm just confused since the LEDs run horizontally in all the videos I've watched and my shadow is vertical.
It's hard to explain I guess yes the LEDs run horizontal there strips with multiple LEDs running across the problem is when they go out just one or two single led along the strips go out not all LEDs in the whole strip so it will cause a darkness that travels vertical up or down the screen especially on a big screen because of the spacing in-between the LEDs and the strips there are more than two strips in a 65 inch somehow I thought u said a small screen
............... They run like that a if one burned out ....... ...... Then it will be a shadow where the burned out LED is and appear to be running vertical

Measure the connector from the logic board to the power supply the second pin from the left it will say Vs_ On if the set has 3.1 volts the problem is the SSB or the logic board. On the logic board there should be a solid led and a flashing led that shown that data id flowing and the problem is the SSB. The SSB is easy to replace just remember what you tokk loose and from where. You probely will save money that way. If the set is in warranty or just out of warranty contact Philips 1-888-744-5477 and see what they can do first.

It's the drum thats causing the lines to happen. Youre going to have to get that replaced before you can reset the counters.
If you get light copies, then the developer should be replaced.
