I am assuming you want to use Chorme the browser.
Most Samsung Smart TV (Like the Samsung 6000 series Smart TV from 2013/14 have Chrome built-in.
What is your model and year ?
In older units, not sure if it is possible. In the older TVs even if you try to install the app from the browser on the TV. Unfortunately perhaps there is not an option to download an alternate browser on your TV.

First try this: Tools - AnyNet+ and turn off AnyNet+ this way.

If you still experience problems you can disable this function in the service menu.

Turn off the TV. Press in this order: Info - Menu - Mute - Power.

Now choose Control - Sub Option and turn off AnyNet+

The clicking noise is coming from the power supply relay. Is makes this sound when the TV is usually turned on or off but has become faulty. It will only get worse over time usually until the TV will no longer turn on anymore. You need to replace the power supply in order to fix the TV.
