USB drive won't play on my Nordmende ARF50UHD - what can I do to resolve the matter

    play what, not told, Mp3 songs, MKV or MP4 videos or just photos. new TVs do them all.

    NO TV told posted in error to computer help not TELEVISION
    try posted that below link.
    what does USB drive mean (thrumb drive ,or external 2.5" drive or 3.5" huge drive.
    we can not guess what drive it is.
    the TV sets the rules first on what format the drive must be, FAT32 or NTFS or what the manual on your TV tells you ,did you RTM the manual yet?
    ask here.

    on the back of ALL TV is the model # stated.
    vast exist and not the same. (they do make the rules up as they see fit )

Those ports are made for thumb drives and other low-current items. Try running the drive through a powered USB hub; the TV usually doesn't handle devices that draw more than 500ma.

My Nordmende television blue light below screen continually flashing & no tv screen.
Question edited for clarity, your television is 'Nordmende', not 'Norfmende'.

Time for a new one, but try the power reset first as mentioned here.

HOW DO I USE THE USB PORT TO PLAY MOVIES
Some TV models have a USB port so that users could play videos and movies from USB on TV. You can try the following steps:

1. Connect your readable and writable USB drive to computer
2. Copy your movies to USB drive and then disconnect your USB drive from computer.
3. Connect the USB device to the Sony TV USB port. Turn on the connected USB device if necessary.
4. Press the HOME button on Sony remote controller to open the menu.
5. Enter the target USD drive.
6. Select the file you want to play back, and then press the play button to start playing movies on TV via USB drive.
It's quite easy to play movies from USB on smart TV devices.

Crosely won't play usb
If it's a turntable with a usb connector, those connections are usually outputs only. USB on a turntable is used to output the audio to a computer to rip albums to digital audio.

Bought 4gb sandisk cruzer flash drive stored music from computer but it won't play the music on the car fm transmitter
a flash drive is used mainly for storing of files, you need a device that will play the files you want, in this case a device that plays mp3s and either transfer your music to/through it.
Unless your transmitter states that it plays different media formats that is but i have never heard of that before.

Will playstation 3 play blu ray movies off usb memory stick? all other movies worked but blu ray one didn't work.
the PlayStation 3 can read just about any usb memory stick and play can movies from them, since a usb's bandwidth is significantly lower then the ps3 hard drive it's recommend to copy the movie to the ps3's hard drive.

also it matters how the movie was converted. some converted movies wont play on the ps3 no matter what codec your using to encode the movie with.

Videos out of sync
it would take more than this page to explain how to resolve this,best bet is to uninstall player software and reinstall it with upto date codecs and it should auto configure(default)and resolve prob.suggest downloading player program vlc it plays all known media and has all codecs.(free program)
