all you need is size and length to buy one anywhere. if you have a friend at a machine shop you can buy bulk blade and have your buddy weld them up for you
I get my blades for my bandsaw on www.sawblade.com . They have great cust service and the quality of their blades is equal to lennox blade, yet their price is very reasonable. Their blades are custom welded, length wouldn't be an issue.
The manual says that it will support blade widths from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch. You can use 80" or 80 1/2" band saw blade. I got my band saw blade on sawblade.com . I like them .
Do you want to replace your old
chicago forge 12"? You can get a replacement from where you bought the old one.
If it's not under warranty, prepare the bucks for it.
The table is not perpendicular to the blade travel. Use a small level to make sure the machine is vertical , then set the table. Make sure the blade control guide is working.
