I Can't access my e-mail service past 3days. There is a message from the Yahoo Team that begins "Sorry for the inconvenience, you've stumbled upon a temporary problem we're having with the e-mail service". It then advises possible courses of action, all of which I've tried, including the Link to Customer Care at Error 5

Your in the classic mode of yahoo mail you need to switch to the advanced mode your button will appear.

The issue is the Yahoo Beta Mail is optimized to use a specific screen resolution. If you are having issues and are using IE 8, try the Compatibility View feature (it's the broken page icon located next to the REFRESH button on the toolbar.) Clicking the icon might resolve your issue. It's not an issue with your screen... it's an issue with how Yahoo! designed their site. Hope this helps!
