Im sorry but it is just not possible to learn to build a website in 10 or 20 simple steps.. i suggest you read up on some HTML and CSS first ... start from there .. if you want to 'learn' the process rather than wanting a website to make money off at the end you'll enjoy the process of learning

BLOCK WEBSITES

Step 1 : Connect - Router - Computer ( Wired )

Step 2 : open Router Setup by typing http://192.168.1.1 on the address bar of internet explorer

Step 3 : Click Access Restrictions

Step 4 : At the Bottom you can find Website Blocking by URL Address

Step 5 : There type http://www.facebook.com and click save settings
