Could be any number of things. Fuel, fuel filter, fuel line, fuel tank vent, fuel impulse, carburetor, intake leak, crankcase leak (shaft seals).

Sounds like dirty carberator or carb needs adjustment. How is the spark plug?

SOURCE: husqvarna 325l-x won't stay running only runs

The 325 engine unit is a very reliable engine, the things i have seen over the years are, cracked and leaking fuel hoses ( the fuel attacks the material and crazes the pipes ) some ignition unit failures ( when it stops check to see if it has lost its spark, by removing the plug, resting it on the cylinder and cranking the engine ) fuel tank breather in the filler cap ( when it starts to die, try slackening off the filler cap, if it picks up again, replace the cap )

SOURCE: husqvarna optima 620 feed dog won't stay raised

If you have switched to "UP" position and turned handwheel one full revolution with no result it may be that
1. There is lint under the needleplate preventing it from rising fully....clean it out !!
2. There is damage to the linkage and will need to go in for visual appraisal by technician....ask for a quote on repair before they do anything.

SOURCE: My Husqvarna YTH2348 tractor won't start. Nothing

It could be a couple of different things. A couple of things that you can check yourself before having to take it to someone to look at it:

1. Open the hood and try turning the engine by spinning the round "cheese grater" looking part that is attached to the flywheel. - it probably won't turn.

2. Remove the spark plug(s) and try again. (Be careful, if the the cylinder is full of gas/oil it will come out as you spin it by hand.) - DO NOT use the electric start to try and turn it over! This sends spark to the plug wire and could ignite any fuel causing severe burns and/or other serious injuries.

-IF-

You were unable to spin the engine over by hand without the spark plug(s) in it, then you may be dealing with anything from a wedged starter gear to a seized engine. Fuel with ethanol added to it attacks the rubber/neoprene seals in carburetors and often times allows fuel to fill the crankcase and cylinder. If this has happened the above mentioned plan of action will let you know. As always, anytime the fuel mixes with the engine oil, you should change the oil to prevent the engine from locking up under normal operation.

I hope this gives you a little bit direction. =)

I have a Husqvarna 125 BVX Husqvarna 125BVX Leaf Blower Carburetor adjustment HELP

There is a special tool required as the screw heads are splined, base settings are 1 1/2 turns on both, it should run at this, the L screw will adjust fuel flow from idle to half throttle, the H screw will control the fuel to full rpm.
If the engine struggles to pick up, unscrew L screw a further 1/4 turn, or more until it picks up cleanly.
Now at full revs, gently screw the H screw in until engine sounds sweet, if it starts to die unscrew to achieve full revs.

Poulan chainsaw, I rebuilt the carb with all new everything. Now it will start with choke all the way out. Idles really high. If I push choke in, it dies instantly. The hi-lo and Idle is off I know for...

get it running on idle, adjust the idle down till it runs hairy, then adjust low speed mixture screw till you get it highest revs, then keep repeating that till you get it idling normal.rev saw up max revs, adjust high speed jet, in or out till you get max revs, then screw out one quater of a turn. That lets enough fuel thru to cool the sparkplug tip..If thats no good, redo the carbi.Check the tiny filter under the needlevalve hole.Check the needlevalve diaphragm height.recheck gaskets are right way round

Horn doesn't work, revrese lights won't come on, and 2 of the 3 break lights won't come on on 1995 Geo Tracker. Fuses are good and bulbs are good.

for how long, 1 day, 1 year , 1 decade? is it a daily driver
or a barn stored, winter car.?

the real question,is there 12v exiting the fuse, the acid test. that.
any volt meter does that in 5min flat.
3rd brake light is bad bulb or corroded socket.
what tranny< 3,4,5,sp.? but in each case it takes a good rev.
switch, if 12v enters said switch and does not exit, its bad.
0v bad,6v rev. path shorted to ground,12v good.
btw, all clamps can short, try 1 new one. in each path all by lonesome. dig?
bulbs good means what.
1: look good.
2: glow when placed on a 12v battery
3:measure 0 ohms with meter (means good or shorted.
4: or they are new and assumed good, (p/n ? what is the p/n?)
'
head lamps good.? parking lamps, blinker, are all other lamps working. does car start?

I have a husqvarna 4623 zero turn and when I would pull up the pto the mower would die. I replaced the fuel filter and now it won't even stay running

Most likely the battery isn't holding enough charge which is why the PTO won't engage.
Likely you have air in the fuel line/fuel filter which lets it run for awhile then it fuel starves.

My hUSKI 395 is stalling when i pull the throttle wont rev

So, it idles ok but when you go for any extra throttle it dies?

Your carb may have a blocked main jet. You can removed your carb and after taking off the top and bottom diaphragms remove the main jet and blow through it with a splash of gas *(no carb cleaner! Some carbs are coated and carb cleaner can strip off this coating. Ruining the carb)
Use compressed air to help clear out the main jet passage and reassemble. Be sure you know how many turns your carb main jet needs to be set at before you remove it! Usually its 1-1/2 turns.

You should check online for a Husky website that may have additional guidance.

Good luck and be careful.

Husqvarna 435 wot run at full speed runs at idle fine and looks like u need a special tool for the high low carb adustment

On that model the low adjustment may be factory set, and the adjustment screw is replaced with a roll pin. The high adjustment has a cover on it that can be prised free revealing the screw beneath. Turn screw all the way in (clockwise) GENTLY dont overtighten only to when you feel slight resistance on the screw. then back out 1 1/2 turns. This is the base setting. Turn at 1/8th turn either way until good high speed rev is obtained, but no further in than 1 1/4 turns out, or you will run the saw lean and cause damage. Check and replace your plug if fouled at all.
