There is no drivers for windows 7. But you can try the xp driver it sometimes work. You just have to select the compatible mode for win xp. Select the windows version and select sound and click on global for download. Unzip the file before installation

if your computer came with a motherboard disk the sound drivers could be on it control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio you will find 3 drop down lists make the necessary adjustmentsthere or control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound video and game controllers could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers hope this helps
the audio for asus p5pe is soundmax ad1888 as of now there no driver that supports win7 you'll just have to wait until the product manufacturer releases a driver that will support win7
