sound like you've been f#$^%d I suggest you boycott the company if enough people do it they will
be forced to bankrupt
then the government can bail them out and own the company this would give them the power to do things
like fire the c.e.o.... still doesn't help your situation

Did you go to Leadsinger.com and follow their instructions on doing a Hard Reset?
It might help. I had the same problem but with a scrambled picture and no sound. The reset restored the picture but not the sound. Thats when Leadsinger returned it for a reconditioned one that worked worse than the first one. Now I get no response from them.
We had the same problem just this weekend. However, we investigated it ourselves and discovered that you can take the microphone apart by unscrewing the two small screws inside the mic, under the music chips. Once the screws are out pry the two halves apart very carefully. Once we were inside, we discovered that the soundcard was loose and all we had to do is plug the sound card back in. Close 'er up and start up the show. Good Luck!
