Question about Home

Ok I really need help from someone please.. I recently had a flood in my basement due to a broken pipe underground from the next doir neiighbor. Ever since they had it fixed my water pressure goes to almost nothing throughout my entire house but my upstairs shower is making a loud annoying squealing sound & it happens 2 to 3 times every time i take a shower. Is there a way i can pist a video of the noise on here?

SOURCE: horrible noise

it is the color wheel i have a similar problem and am looking for the part, the color wheel is a small electric motor that spins at a high speed and it can go bad. which will lead to the horrible squeel/hum/buzz.

SOURCE: hissing noise in house

To solve this you are going to need to start eliminating things. You say you hearing is good, well just make sure next time you hear the hissing put your fingers in your ears to make sure it goes away. If it doesn't then it is internal i.e you have tinitus.

Next start turning things off at the mains. Your hifi can't hiss if it has no power, so try turning it off at the mains by unplugging it. If it is not your HiFi then start turning other things in your house off. Till you stop it.

Regards,
Andrew

Sounds like a broken or cracked hose underground. Check for wet or soggy spots in your yard. Isolated leaks can happen on piping like this.
Hope this helps.

RELAINCE 606 GAS WATER HEATER. WE RECENTLY HAD THE BASEMENT FLOOD DUE TO ALL THE RAIN. WE NOW HAVE NO HOT WATER, I AM SURE DUE TO THE FLOODING, BUT CANT GET THE PILOT LIGHT RELIT! HELP

If keeping the thermocouple bypass pressed keeps the gas flowing to the pilot but the flame goes out when it is released in spite of keeping the flame going the customary amount of time, then either the flame isn't powerful enough to reach and heat the thermocouple bulb, the pilot flame or the bulb is out of alignment or the thermocouple is faulty.

If the flame is weak it indicates a blockage in the jet or the supply pipe.

Turn off the water at the valve going to the tank of the toilet. The valve is normally located half way between the tank and the floor, on a pipe leading to the tank. The water in the bowl will last over a week and should not be a problem. Good luck, I hope this helps Please rate me, Thanks

Leaking out of the bottom

The water drainage pipe is probably tampered. You need to replace it. Take apart the washing mashine and find the drainge pipe. If it is not tampered, some pipe is loose or broken in the washine mashine. If all this is too hard, call a repair man to fix it.
