This message means that a water sensor in the base of the washer has been tripped. This usually means that there is a leak in the washer. Sometimes, the sensor is faulty. Turn off the washer. Turn of the incoming water lines at the shut off valve and unplug the washer. Tip the washer forward to allow any collected water to leave the area under the unit. Check the tub where the drain hose connects and incoming water hoses for leaks. Check for any problems with the drain pump or the hoses to the pump and drain. Replace or repair these items. You might just need new washers or hoses. These steps apply if there is water in the base of the machine and the tub is dry. If the water flows into the washer when you plug in the machine and turn the water shut-off valves to open, replace the inlet valves that has failed in the open position.
If the washer tub has water in it and there is no water in the base from a previous leak, check the water leak sensor for a short. Check the wiring between this sensor and then control board. Check the triac for the drain pump and the pressure switch and level sensor for this pump. If the pressure switch and level sensor are okay, then replace the controller.
