My element model number elefw392 tv red led light is on when I turn on tv it turns blue but I get no sound or pucture

check the backlight inverters.

Problem is a bad audio IC esp if your are reciving 11 blink code
if it is a 5 blink code replace Crystal 1h00 On Ssb new part number is 24225430 1397

it is an indication of an error code ,,,,,,normally 6 blinking code refers to an power set up problem,see incoming voltage with an multimeter.......
