Hi, my device wan't start. Console is lighting, but only few touch knobs makes sound "peep" and "peep - peep". Manual knob is lighting RED. Unfortunately I can't start it. Can you give me advise for this problem?

We are wondering how to lubricate the pro-form 380 E treadmill. Can't seem to find any directions in the User's Manual.

For lubricating treadmill you can use teflon based silicon lubricant. The followihg video will help you to lubricate your treadmill.

Only a couple of the program/adjustment buttons on my Pro-Form 930i treadmill work. Sometimes I can push random buttons and the rest of the buttons start working for a few minutes, then after a few minutes...


It sounds like either the function pad or the upper electronics is starting to fail. Also it maybe a loose connection between the function pad and upper electronics remove the upper console and inspect the connections. If you need to replace the parts sometimes with Icon products they are either separate items or they are one complete unit, you will have to call them @ 1-800-999-3756.

How do you get the incline to go down?


on the left hand side of the screen beside the fan there are two up and down arrows with "power incline" above them. Use those to adjust the incline.
