    many dont; cheap.
it can be upgraded, if 100x100mm rear mount .
    walfart ONN junk wow.
tilt not up and down tilt is more fancy.
    i guess you have this?
    Product Title
ONN 24" 1920x1080 VGA HDMI 60hz 14ms LED Slim Design Monitor
    ONA24HB19T01 ?????????????????

you can see it has no tilt i the ad.

    it states

With a no screw clean back and a simple T-shape stand,

I guess no screw means no ISO 100x100 plate to use custom nice base stand like I have.
mine goes up down swing and tilt.

so that spec above is a lie. (onn) lies

THe stand can be tilted. It is not obvious and I had to hunt for it but, once you find it, it is easy.

for $99 that is all you get.
let me guess no manual and we already know ONN has no website help, and why id never buy this junk from them.
    go Viewsonic, !

ONN is bottom fishing, for a fact. watch out for flounders. or worse. LOL

If it's Model: 100012590, then it appears there's no adjustment.

Stand monitor

The monitor should be able to move up and down and tilt from its stand. You can try this by grabbing the sides of the monitor and rotating it inward or outward. It should not take much effort to get it to tilt. If it doesn't move with minimal effort then it may not be able to tilt.

Where can I buy a new base for the Samsung 24

The original Samsung stands will be very hard to find, only available from somebody that has wall mounted their monitor and no longer needs the stand. You can get a third party stand such as the one in the link below that will mount your monitor. All modern monitors have mounting holes in the back for VESA mounting, this is a standard configuration.

Tilt new monitor???

mcdevito75 here, I also have an Acer and it Doesn't tilt, that doesn't mean yours won"t, try to hold the monitor by the top and simply try to tilit it while makeing sure the base stays flat on the desk, (table) don"t force anything. Also look for any kind of screw, or handle connected to the base (bottom) or near bottom of back of monitor. Hope this helps. Oh! also check the manual that came with the monitor, mine has no mention of tilt. Sorry.
