Where can i get a remote control replacement for Idylis air purifier IAP-10-280

Doesn't that suggest failure of an input sensor or control board... either of which would require highly specialised help?

have you replaced the carbon pre-filter? It is supposed to be replaced every 6 months.

Add the water in the system and see what happens, Even a horse needs water to work. I take it your unit is an evaporative A/C. I have a Penguin water assisted A/C, of which I have to fill a large plastic container then load it in the unit and start the A/C. It cools well but doesn't really cool like a wall A/C. But it's better than nothing.
