I guess you should check your igniters. Maybe you need to replace it. I also have a Kitchenaid grill and I also replaced the igniters last month. I bought it from this online store: https://grillpartsreplacement.com/collections/kitchen-aid . Their service is very good and can be delivered quickly

Propane not getting to burners; how do i fix

James,

Try Reseting the Regulator.....

1. Turn off the gas at the propane tank.
2. Disconnect the hose from the propane tank.
3. Open the lid of your BBQ Grill.
4. Turn all the burner valves to high.
5. Wait for 2 minutes.
6. Turn off all the burner valves.
7. Connect the gas line back up to the propane tank.
8. Turn on the propane tank slowly.
9. Light the grill using the proper ignition sequence.

Best to you.

We have a brand new George Forman Grill2Go propane grill for outdoor use. We followed the directions for assemblying the regulator to the propane bottle, did the test for leaks, etc, But when we turned on...

You got part of the solution correct. The 5 minute part, but you skipped a couple of steps.

Turn the gas tank valve OFF. Disconnect the hose from the tank. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY, Slowly (Slow motion, slow). Once the valve is fully open, turn the burner ON and push the ignitor button. When the burner lights, turn it to it's highest setting. If you have 2-burners, light the second the same way you did the first one. Do all the flame heights look correct? If so, you solved the problem.

If the above didn't solve the problem. you will need to replace the grill's hose/regulator assembly. As the OPD Valve in the gas tank, permanently locked up the regulator. Since your is a brand new grill with warranty that's enforce, contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Have you proof of Purchase handy, when you call them.

Hope this helped you solve the problem. Happy Grilling!!

How to change a weber natural gas grill to propane

According to Weber, "There is no conversion kit available to convert any Weber gas grill from one gas type to another. Any attempts to do it will void your warranty."

Sorry, but if it's any consolation, Propane Gas burns cleaner and hotter that Natural Gas in an outdoor environment. Which translates into faster preheating and hotter searing temperatures.

Hop e this helps and happy Grilling!!
