If the board (PCB) is not damaged you can re-solder the wires back. If the PCB is damaged you should be able to get new ones by looking up the make and model of the device and look for the specific part.

I found it was the electrolytic capacitor between the usb port and the circuit board, Its just their to smooth out noise, but my computer dident like it either. Same result. I removed the capacitor, and the problem went away.

This is a fairly hard question to answer. Evidently someone has run two sets of wires to your thermostat. One set has three wires in it: red, blue and white. The other set has two wires in it: red and white. One or maybe both red wires is the rc and rh wire. RC and RH actually wire together with a jumper wire. The RC and RH wire is usually the red wire that goes to the "R" on you furnace circuit board. If you can find out which red wire goes to "R" on your furnace circuit board you will solve the problem.

If you feel the shield goes to the middle, try red on one terminal and white on the other. If not, reverse it.

If it's labeled on the circuit board...pin 1, pin 2, pin 3, then pin 1 is usually ground, pin 2 is hot (red), and pin 3 is cold.

yes you have a internal fault of the amp. the circuit that puts it into safe mode is bad and that is a very small chip on the board know as a op amp. needs to be repaired.
