Check your Internet bandwidth by using an online speed test, such as nperf,or and Speedtest, or Comparitech. Contact your corporate IT department to check your WiFi and internet hotspots. Turn off the group HD in your Account Management if your WiFI bandwidth is insufficient. Turn off your corporate VPN if it is not required for the meeting.

The zoom feature is "on". Double-tap your phone with 3 fingers. If that doesn't work, double-tap with 3 fingers & slide them down. To turn zoom "off", Settings->General->Accessibility->Zoom

Camera goes to sleep too quickly...is there a way to adjust?

To save battery power, the camera automatically goes into sleep mode and the monitor turns off if there is no operation after 3 minutes when the camera is turned on (when the lens cover is open and the monitor is on). No picture is taken even if the shutter button is fully pressed in this mode. Operate the zoom button or other buttons to restore the camera from sleep mode before taking a picture. If the camera is left on for 15 minutes, it automatically turns off (the lens cover closes and the monitor turns off). Press POWER to turn the camera on.

Settings affected

The functions available from the arrow pad, which are Self-Timer (arrow left key), Exposure Compensation for adjusting brightness (arrow up key), Macro and Super Macro Modes for close up photos (arrow right key) will all be reset using the RESET arrow pad button. Also, the quality/resolution will be set back to the default of HQ, but settings such as the language, the date and time, sleep time setting and video out to either NTSC or PAL are settings which are not changed by using the reset button. These settings need to be manually selected through the menus in order to reset or change them.
