Please follow these directions to go to Control Panel > Troubleshooting:
https://www.dummies.com/computers/operating-systems/windows-7/how-to-troubleshoot-problems-using-the-windows-7-action-center/
Once there, under System and Security choose: Fix Problems with Windows Update, paying special attention to click a checkbox on this troubleshooter that reads "Run as Administrator," as this may fix more problems.
You may successfully get some updates, while others will still not install. You may need to repeat running the Windows Update Troubleshooter more than once. I recommend rebooting in between running it again.
