We have a Vizio M492i-b2. We shut the TV off one night, no issues. We then went to turn the tv on the next day, and it wouldn’t turn on. No sounds, no power. We tried power cycling and that didn’t work.
There are no backlights and no audio.
Attached is a picture of everything we’ve replaced (tcon board, power supply board, main board, LED driver, power button chip, and AC adapter cord and AC adapter connector). Nothing on the unit looks burnt out or blown out. Everything looks new.
Any thoughts on additional troubleshooting steps or ideas on what the issue could be?

First thing is test power supply voltages as the power board on this model has had some issues. You need to test the 12 Volt supply for correct voltage and ripple as cap failure is somewhat common. Don't worry about the 5 volt supply. If the voltage looks good you have a bad main board and that board will be hard to find and expensive, over $100 in most cases. As strange as it sounds a bad inferred sensor board will also make no sound but I can't say I've head of that issue being intermittent.
The Tcon boar or the LCD panel is faulty. You have to replace the TCON board to confirm.
