Have you tried every other id? If so, you could try a flag clear (see the manual for procedure) which usually loads a clerk in order to allow programming while in program mode. Then you can edit clerk file again. Good luck
Hi. You just type in your clerk id number and press the CLK# (clerk) button. That will remove the error and allow use of the register. If you've forgotten your secret ID code, you can program a new one. One of the users has most manuals here: https://the-checkout-tech.com/
Looks like you will have to contact a Casio Authorized Dealer. Sounds like you don't have the master or owner password, therefore that would be like giving away the combination to a safe full of credit card receipts.

The problem is listed as afax machine error but the error code quoted seems more to be that of an error on a cash register.
If this is correct and it is a Sharp cash register the error is telling you that you need to enter your clerk or cashier ID.
For ease of reply try pressing the "1" and then the CLERK ID key.
