PGM is Program Mode, but you probably know that. Machines often have 4 keys. User, PGM, Y Key for reading totals, Z Key for clearing a days transactions. Cumulative memories stay forever unless you find the red reset button under the Enter or Cash Total key ?? Reg 1 and Reg 2 allows two cashiers to share a till.

Testimonial: "Thanks for the reply Andrew. :) I’ve found a code 103001 shared in other places that was derived from a work sheet in the program manual. I enter this and press Subtotal button twice. This should be working but isn’t. :( I’ll spend tomorrow trying other buttons incase it’s not the subtotal button that’s required."
