Have someone check your pressures & temperatures in your refrigeration system. Also check the compressor amps with an analog meter to see if the amps fluctuating. There might be something wrong with the compressor.

I see droplets of water in the refrigerator side on the fridge. The fridge also has a little bit of ice forming near the vent.. Its a side-by-side fridge. Any ideas?

i idea is you have a wet frig . caused by wet air .. which is caused by a poor or not a complete defrost. if you have cardboard containers in frig they feel wet not dry and the mosture on the walls shouldn't be there . no frost dryes the air and your's is wet . ck the drain in back of freezer and make sure no ice in back of freezer .. mm

Fan begins to make noise - then fridge stops.

You have a defrost system failure and needs to be checked.

You can manually defrost for a temp fix. Turn it off, take everything out of the freezer, use a hairdryer to warm the back wall, 20-30 min, put everything back, turn it back on and you should be good for a couple of days.

Water is collecting in the bottom of the refrigerator.

assuming this is a conventional fridge.
the drain in the centre of the gulley on the back wall is blocked. push something flexible down it and follow with a small jug of water to make sure it flows away.
good idea to put a small jug of dilute bleach down the drain now and again to prevent blockage

Refrigerator is not cooling

Good idea to call a service tech. If it is a compressor problem it should be covered by warranty. If there is frost on the back wall of the freezer section you have a defrost problem. This would not be covered by warranty. If you have a compressor problem it usually is indicated by a hum and then a click from the back of the refrigerator near the bottom.

Freezer has layer of frost on back wall - refrigerator not working

Defrost circuit problem, the snow means that your freezer coil is not being automatically defrosted. This could be a problem with the defrost heaters or defrost timer. Also in the newer models a module
controls this operation. Call for service. Removing ice or snow from the back wall is not the solution. The coil behind the back wall is also frozen and no air is circulating.
