Andre. Check the Water Inlet Valve. Also check the filters where the water hose connects.

Clinton. Door lock issue. Sorry it took 18 months!

Samsung washing machine DE Error code means that the door is open or you may have a fault with the lock. if the door is clearly closed but the machine think it is open, presumably because it's not getting power passed from the door interlock. ... The first thing to check is that the door is closed properly.

SOURCE: kleenmaid top loader replace timer

Kleenmaid timers do fail from time to time. Reconditioned timers are a viable remedy and not as expensive as new ones. Depending on where in oz you are, a tech will have to sight the faulty timer to ensure the correct replacement unit. You can't rely on model number alone........Nomess

SOURCE: we have a samsung j845

DE indicates a door lock error.
Either the door lock, wiring or main control board can cause this fault.
The door lock is relatively inexpensive so it would be worth trying a new door lock first.
Check the wiring between the door lock and the control board.
If a new door lock doesn't fix it and the wiring is ok you are only left with the control board.

SOURCE: de error code on samsung topo loader stops working

0E - OVER-FLOW ERROR

Over-Flow error occurs when the water level is too high. It can be cleared by turning POWER switch OFF. Water is drained prior to POWER switch OFF. The tub is drained for 2 minutes if a frequency of more than 25 KHz is detected.

I have a Samsung WA13G7Q1 top loader giving me a DE on LCD when spin cycle starts then just stops.

DE is an error relating to the lid switch/lock not working, if it cant sense the lids shut it wont spin, it could be as simple as the magnet in the lid has moved or the more likely cause is the lid switch has died, it will require further inspection or you could just order the lid switch and see how it goes

Not spinning for washing machine

Will need a model # to answer fully. No spin could be from clogged drain hose (hose between drain and pump) faulty pressure switch, timer, or lid switch (if top loader) door switch (if front loader.) Most likely clog or door switch, but need Mod#.

Whirlpool Ultimate Care will not stop spinning

I work on these every day for the past 8 years and have never once seen this problem. If i had to guess i would assume its a stuck contact on the timer. The timer is the only thing that sends power down to the motor but its an expensive guess.

Hope this helps _MJ_

Whirlpool direct drive top loader will not spin

Hi, Is the humming noise coming from the timer area? Do you know if it agitates ok?
When you have it in spin cycle, Try lifting the lid and see if the hum stops.
The reason for these questions is that on this model, if it drains the water out but does not spin, it is either lid switch, coupler, or transmission.
If it's the coupler, it will not agitate either.
Please let me know so I can assist you further.

Thanks

Why does my boot seal keep coming off during the spin cycle? I have a Samsung front loading washing machine and recently had to replace the drain pump because it wasn't draining. No problem!I was able to research, purchase and Fix the drain pump with 0 issues. Super proud of myself for being a single female and being able to tackle this task by myself.. I saved a couple hundred dollars too. Anyway, I run a load and everything was great. I went to run a second load and as it gets to the spin cycle I notice that the drum is becoming incredibly unstable and it's sort of flopping all over the place, so I opened up the door to inspect the issue and I notice that the seal has completely come off and away from the door. No problem! I figured I simply didn't secure it correctly when I was putting things back together.. I put the boot seal back in place then make sure the ring is correctly installed and everything looks good. I restart the spin cycle and it starts out just fine but I notice as the speed is picking up that the drum begins to wobble again and I can see it pulling the boot seal as it's wobbling around then once the RPMs pick up and it kicks into high it rips the boot seal off again. I have done hours and hours of research and many attempts at fixing the boot seal by doing everything that was suggested and recommended on every video that I could find, But nothing is working. I can't keep the dang boot seal on once that spin cycle picks up speed. I don't know what I did when I was fixing the drain pump that is causing this but I was very careful and followed all instructions to a T. I purchased new springs because I thought maybe the one I had was worn out and that's why it wasn't holding the boot seal on but it continues to come off even with the brand new spring in place. Could it be my shock absorbers? I'm not sure where to start but I think it might be something that has to do with the balance of the machine being off .I've done everything I can to balance that machine, I even bought a level. Everything seems to be in order but it's definitely not and this thing is driving me crazy.. Any suggestions or advice is very much appreciated. One thing I wanted to add and I'm not sure if this is related at all, but after the first cycle was complete after replacing the drain pump I checked the filter in the drain pump just to make sure everything was good and I noticed there was a blue round foam piece stuck in the filter.. is this little piece related to my issue?
