We have a Sears Kenmore Elite Model #59676603600 refrigerator that needs a Drawer Front Trim WPW10231479 on the glass shelf that holds up the two crisper drawers below.

You are evidently holding the drawer. Look inside of the hole and at the back should be the slides and a latch at the back....You may just have to lift the drawer to lock into the slides. You may have to take the lid off of it first.

if the glass has plastict trim like pieces across the front and rear edges try pushing up on the glass close to the plastic trimat th rear end, the trim should swivel up and the glass pop out of the groove

check plastic tube that runs from rear of the freezer. See if it is pluged with ice. If you find it is change the fill valve at the back of freezer behind the compressor cover. It could be a double valve, as one part.

It just pops out with a little pressure.

the entire rack should come off the tabs in the back along the rail,, if not,, spray a Bleach and water solution into the edges of the glass

Unfortunately, your fridge may not have one. Sears parts direct has the entire parts list for your refrigerator. In general, there are three places to look for a filter: in the bottom grill almost centered on the freezer side of the refrigerator, in the fridge above the top shelf, or behind the vegetable drawer in the refrigerator.

For the ones in the grill, you will see a circle that you need to push in before it pops out.

the shelves can be removed not taken apart. sorry they're glued together, just use a bristle brush and some bleach. no problem.
