Access "Device Manager".
Select the device.
Click to "uninstall" it.
Restart your computer.
Vista should automatically "find new hardware", and install the correct driver.

Go to ACER on the internet and download the current drivers for your computer. Device drivers can also be updated from the Control panel/Device Manager, Highlight the DM and look at the list of devices. Select the lower area USB section and one line may stand out indicating the faulty USB connection. Click on the line and use the option check for Driver and see if it finds the appropriate driver to fix the problem.
here's the link I found that the Ralink RT73 driver seems to work with the Netopia TER/GUSB-N1. I found a form about how to install on a MAC maybe it will be helpful to you
This not necessarily cause for alarm. You can try to reinstall the driver for the device to see if that clears out the exclamation mark and, most cases, it will. The exclamation mark simply means that Windows has found some sort of problem with the device. Double-click the adapter and see what the Device Manager's status says about it. This can, generally, point you in the right direction on what is wrong. If reinstalling the driver doesn't work then post what the Device Manager status is for the device.
Hello, presumably you've reinstalled Windows after fitting your new drive. Well, you have to find all the drivers for your machine including the chipset drivers (importantly you must install these 1st)) then your system will 'see' the adapter. If you don't have your driver cd's, then you must go to the web site of Acer (obviously from a machine that can access the internet!) and download all the relevant drivers to a memory stick or burn 'em to a cd, then install them onto your own system. You can download and install the driver for your webcam from this link: http://www.getpcmemory.com/drivers/download-acer-emachine-e525-notebook-windows-xp-vista-drivers/
First, go to Windows security settings. I recently had a client with this exact problem, and it was her Windows firewall blocking the wireless adapter from "seeing" anything. If necessary, turn the firewall completely off to test.
Secondly, if that doesn't fix it, remove/uninstall the Wireless adapter completely from device manager. Reboot, let Windows attempt to reinstall the driver. If asked, point it to the driver files you've already installed. Reboot, and that should fix you up.
well i think u check the My Computer. After that, double click on Device Manager, then u will see Acer Aspire 5315 or not. If not then reinstall that again or check Program Folders
