There is a youtube video on how to do it, however it can blow up the battery if the alkaline battery is strong it can overheat the button cell and it can explode. You may do this at your own risk, if you can't wait!

Just go to your local jewlers and they will be able to help you.

Bring the watch back to the place where the battery was changed, after only 3 days they should at least try another battery , maybe this battery has just gotton loose.

If the watch is waterproof then you need a special wrench to remove back. If it is not then you can pry the back off with a fine knife blade. You can then change the battery. Most if the time it is easier to go to a watch shop and have them put in a new battery. Usually about 5 to 10 dollars.

Your watch case back (battery cover) actually lost it shape some how that's why it's not closing, it's need alignment,
which take lots of time try expert watchmaker hope you get it fix.
even thought it fix some time it's lost capability to keep your watch save from water.
