any short circuit in main board or in power supply,, fix that short first,, then should be change the fuse

As far as value, it's very hard to say. The current market for anything but tonewheel hammonds is almost nill in my market (north florida). Your market is hopefully better.

First try charging the battery, if that doesn't work then replace the batteries with replacements from razor.com. This should solve your problem

This happens when organ sits in none use state for long periods. My Legend was in storage from 2001 to 2004 and I had to call the Estey company to get "reset" instructions. I wrote them down as...."TO RESET---PRESS TRUMPET/TROMBONE BUTTON---TURN OFF---TURN ON---WAIT FOR "HARDWARE RESET" DISPLAY.
