C0211 Manual Tray Rise Descent Error
• The Bypass Lift-Up Sensor is not blocked even when the Tray 2 Vertical Transport Motor has turned for a given number of pulses after the sequence to move the Paper Lifting Plate from the standby position to the feed position was started.
• The Bypass Lift-Up Sensor is not unblocked even when the Tray 2 Vertical Transport Motor has turned for a given number of pulses after the sequence to move the Paper Lifting Plate from the feed position to the standby position was started.
This is a rank B error. To reset follow these steps:
Open and close the front door.
If error recurrs check the manual bypass again or call for service.

your problem maybe caused by a thermistor near the pressure roll in the fusing unit (the red roll).
Try the follow procedure and if it doesn't fix call minolta service.
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the Main Power Switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after
and check if the machine starts correctly.

C3452: Pressure Heater Trouble.
Try to reset it like this:
Shut down from the main power switch (the one behind the front cover).
Keep pressed the Utility/Counter button.
Power on while the button is kept pushed.
Release the 'Utility/Counter' button only when you see the 'Trouble Reset' button on the touch screen.
Touch the 'Trouble Reset' button, a small ok should pop up underneath.
Power off, wait for a few seconds and then power on.

C3851: Abnormal Low Temp. (Heater)
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the Main Power Switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

open front door and switch-off machine
press utility buton hold press-on then swietch-on machine, on the screen right top corner u see dot (remove finger from utility buton)
after fue second u will see trouble reset touch under u will see ok switch-off machine wait 10 sec and switch on
If the error code still is on the machine u have to change cyan laser
