Deposit funds to a Kentucky inmate's trust fund account over the phone by calling JPAY at 1-800-574-5729. The fee amount will depend on how much you are sending.

The reason it's not working is because that's not a valid email account. I tried sending to it myself.

If you have a Facebook account you can easily use that to login to Skout. Otherwise just resubmit your application using a valid email address.

Set up an account at the PayPal website (paypal.com).
All you need is an email address.
The person to whom you are sending the money must also have a PayPal account to receive the funds.
Sign into your PayPal account and decide how you want to send the money.
If you already have a PayPal account, you may have a balance from which you can withdraw.
If not, click the "My Account" tab, hover over "Profile" and add your bank account or credit card if you haven't done so already.


Click the "Send Money" tab once you have input your information.
Place the recipient's email address or cellphone number in the first input box and how much you want to transfer in the second.
Choose the currency you are using and click the appropriate radio button for the type of purchase it is. Click "Continue."

Send Money Online

There are many ways to send your money online.
Today many companies accept your bill payments, as well as sending your refunds through online companies that handle only online transactions.
This can be an easy task once you know where to look.
Navigate and click on your Internet Service Provider to begin the online experience.
In the search bar at the top, type in the website where you are going to pay your bill.
Sign in to your account with your user name and password.
Once on the new page, find and click on the Pay My Bill link.
This will open another window where you can complete your bank or credit card information to complete your bill payment process.
Keep the receipt that is sent to your email address as proof of payment for future reference.
If you need to send money to an individual person, there are many companies to choose from that offer money services online.

Log in to the Paypal website with the email address and password you signed up with.
Once on the site, click on "Send Money "in the bar at the top of the page.
Type in the person's name or phone number in the first space available on the new page.
This will track their Paypal account, so your money will be deposited there.
If you have sent money to this person before, there is a drop down menu that will allow you to choose this person's name from your saved list.

Click the bubble to the left of the reason you are sending the money.
The options are "Service," "Goods," "Ebay item" and "Cash Advance."
Once you choose this, go to the next blank and fill in the amount you are sending in American Dollars.
Once you click on "Send Money" at the bottom of the screen, your money has been sent.
You will get an email detailing your transaction for future reference.

3. on the left side you will see a box with your friends in it. The top-right corner of the box has a link to "See all" of your friends. Click this link.

You should now have a list of all your friends in the middles of your screen. Scroll throught the list and find a friend to remove. Click the X in the column to the right of their name.

what u can do is try to login but put only user name and NOT the password  and use the forgot my password option and then it will ask u to authenticate ur account by date of birth ,secret question etc etc..once u do that correctly..u can login and then change ur password..
