The model number you provided indicates the slow cooker is made by Durabrand, a trade mark exclusive to Walmart. I suggest you contact Walmart Customer Service directly (by phone or email) and ask. Mine doesn't have that code, it says 3745, it is oval and fairly large. I would guess about 6 qts or more, black stoneware. The base busted on me have now a new one, seems a shame to throw it away. I have no idea how much it would cost to ship but if you want it, you are welcome to it for actual cost of shipping only. Email me if you are interested if not no worries, I could turn it into a planter I suppose:)

Since it's still under warranty, take it back to Wal-mart and get your money back. Make sure you take your warranty book with you.
