I did a factory restore and my elite9Q still won't connect to WiFi? What is next step

The Pocket WiFi has a reset button making it easy to restore it to factory settings. With factory settings restored, you can connect devices to your Pocket WiFi using the original Wi-Fi password it came with.

Im sure you would have typed wrong password. please make sure you have correct password typed.

YEP, i can solved this issue, try following steps..
1. connect your IPHONE to your pc/laptop(make sure you have latest itunes).
2. take backup from "your's iphone" right click and select backup
3. after completed go to summary in ituns.
4. select "restore iphone". and chose next if asked
5. after finished it select restore backup form itunes and
when it finished you done.

It might have been caused by an outdated internet card driver. Before doing anything, make sure that your wi fi is working. You can use a cellphone or any gadget or computer which can connect to your wifi connection. If it goes in without any problem, then do the following steps.

1. Do a system restore.

If you were to connect to the internet before using a wifi connection, then do a system restore and restore it back to the configuration when it was still working.

Click Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore

Follow the on-screen instructions. Select a restoration date when it was still working great. Launch the restore and let it restart by itself. Just wait for it.

Once it's up, check if it connects to the internet. If no go, then go to the next step.

2. Boot to Safe Mode with Networking

Restart your computer and tap F8 until you see the screen which asks you to boot to safe mode. Use the arrow keys to highlight safe mode with networking. Press Enter.

Try connecting to your wifi in safe mode. If no go, proceed to the next step.

3. Update your device drivers. Even if all works well. I mean all the two options above work, you still need to do this to avoid from getting the same problem in the future.

Install an automatic PC Drivers updater like RadarSync.

You will lose all your data if you wanna set it to factory setting ,have its back up before you loose it.

Here is how to restore at Factory Setting..
1: Restart the computer, click Start, click the arrow next to the Lock button, and then click Restart. 2: As restarts, press the F8 key until the 'Advanced Boot Options' ,menu appears on the screen.It should come up before Window logo appears. 3. Press the (Down Arrow) to select Repair Your Computer on the Advanced Boot Options menu, and then press Enter. 4. Specify the language settings that you want, and then click Next. 5. Log in as a user who has administrative credentials, and then click OK. 6. Click Dell Factory Image Restore. 7. In the Dell Factory Image Restore window, click Next. 8. Click to select the check box for Yes, reformat hard drive and restore system software to factory condition. 9. Click Next. The computer is restored to the default factory configuration. 10. When the restore operation is completed, click Finish to restart the computer.

Before attempting to factory restore your laptop make sure you back up any data you need to the storage drive and remove all USB (or other) connections.

1. Step 1 Turn your computer on. As soon as you see the Dell logo appear on the screen, press and hold "CTRL" and "F11." This starts the Dell PC Restore by Symantec application.
   
2. Step 2 Click "Restore" on the first screen that appears.
   
3. Step 3 Click "Confirm" when asked to confirm whether you are sure you want to restore your computer to factory settings. The process takes about 6 to 10 minutes to restore your Dell.
   
4. Step 4 Click "Finish" after the Dell has been completely restored.
   
5. Step 5 Click "Yes" and then "Next" when prompted and the computer will restart. After the restart, click "OK."

3. Step 3 Highlight "Restore" in the Dell PC Restore window by using the tab button. Hit "Enter."
   
4. Step 4 Highlight "Confirm" in the restore warning box by using the tab button. Hit "Enter." This will start the system restore process. Do not attempt to turn off the computer during this process or vital system files may be damages and you will not be able to restart your computer.
   
5. Step 5 Click "Finish" in the box that notifies you that the restoration has been successful.
