Before you set up your Brother machine
You must find out the wireless network settings of your wireless router or access point. Check and write down the current wireless network settings below (you will need this information later):

Network Name (also known as "SSID" or "ESSID")
Network Key (also known as "Password", "Security Key", or "Encryption Key")

How to find the Network Name (SSID) and Network Key (Password)

Check the base or side of your wireless router or access point.
See the documentation provided with your wireless router or access point.

Set up a Brother machine on a wireless network
When you have located the wireless network settings of your wireless router or access point, set up your Brother machine as described in the setup.

Printer not connected, how do I re install

If you go to the page given below, you can identify your operatign system, and click Search
Downloads MFC 7860DW Others Brother
This will take you to a page from which you can choose your needs for drivers, manuals, software etc and they will mainly be self-extracting .exe files, which when extracted may start automatically to install the relevant programme, or you may need to navigate to the folder to which the files were extracted and double click on a file like setup.exe.

I cannot get my Brother MFC-7860DW to print wirelessly. It prints when connected by USB, but I cannot figure out how to configure it. HELP!!!

first of all, lets start from beginig. unintall the printer software and reinstall it and connect your printer to the computer with the usb and setup the printer for wireless configuration.
now make sure your wifi password is correct and try to connect with it. try to print a test page for more information and support contact http://goo.gl/YMlLOK . I think solve your problem.
