BATTERY INSTALLATION
In the stopwatch, two types of batteries are used -- 4 pieces of 1.5V AA size alkaline battery and 1 piece of CR2032 Lithium battery

probably there's a problem with the connection of the battery of your watch, that's why it turns off, second it might have a different size of battery that have been installed. or the battery is not properly installed. these are all the possible cause of your watch. i hope i had been helped you.
Stop panicking, please. If you lost the battery, that means your watch has been opened, so, read the movement number and submit here. Then Ill be able to give exact battery number.
This watch requires a size 1620 battery, available at all Dakota Watch Company store locations, and most electronics stores. Dakota Watch Company always recommends taking your watch to one of our store locations or a reputable jeweler to reduce the risk of damaging your watch during a battery change.
