Is there a 'reset' hole on the back by any chance? If so, gently insert the end of an opened paper clip into the hole and push in until you feel a button being pushed. Hold it there for about 10 seconds and then release. Your tablet should reset and start again.

To do a soft reset so you do not lose any data just press power for 15seconds........then it will restart!

you will after hard reset the tablet you will loose everything on the tablet

hold down the power button and the volume down button at the same time till some writing comes up

then go down with the volume down button and highlight wipe data

press power button to ok it

then go down to yes highlight yes press power button to ok it

then it will reset then go back to the writing go to reboot press power button to restart the tablet

Only after this screen is shown, press and hold the power and volume up buttons together for 3 seconds. Now, use the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select items. Navigate to and select "wipe data/factory reset".
