Is there a 'reset' pin hole in the back by any chance? If so, gently insert the end of an opened paper clip into the hole and push in until you feel a button being pushed. Hold it there for about 10 seconds and then release. Your tablet should reset and start again.

you will after hard reset the tablet you will loose everything on the tablet

hold down the power button and the volume down button at the same time till some writing comes up

then go down with the volume down button and highlight wipe data

press power button to ok it

then go down to yes highlight yes press power button to ok it

then it will reset then go back to the writing go to reboot press power button to restart the tablet

Why wont it download

My anti virus kept blocking my printer updates (without notifying me) and stopped it from working. I had an issue where it said the downloads were done though, but nothing worked. Do you have an anti virus program that you can disable and try another download?
